Young paleontologists will enjoy several interactive stations within the exhibit including:
  • Search for signs of prehistoric life at the Dino Dig Site
  • View a life-size replica of an allosaurus skull
  • Help our researchers assemble dinosaur skeletons on a giant puzzle
  • Learn more about dinosaurs and about the work our researchers are doing to
conserve today's species - located in the DinoVision Amphitheatre
  • Visit the Dino Dig Shop to purchase educational dinosaur books, toys and souvenirs

My Review!

This exhibit was AMAZING! Just being there it seemed as if they where REAL! they moved and rawred/hiss'd at us. My 3 yr old was ok with it till they started talking but she eventually warmed up to it. my 2 yr wasn't really into it yet. this would be a great exhibit if your child is into dino's cause you can sit on the dino and take pictures. they also have a green screen set up where they have photographer out there with a camera to edit the dino into the background. The best part of the Exhibit was the T-Rex where it had capture it prey and was about to eat it that was awesome! The T-Rex just a rawring the other dino in fear... so surreal! you can also dig for dino bones! you can also get free admission to the Memphis Zoo (expect the dino exhibit) on Tennessee Tuesdays (not in the month of March)
