This place was empty not a single person in site other than the contruction people across the street. Its does have 2 playgrounds. ^ the picture above is of the 1st playground^

I know, this is an old post. No one may ever see this. I just want to say. C.O. Franklin park, in MY world, is a historic place. I know I cannot fully say all this park means to me on here. I am sure I would be limited on characters. When I saw there were no comments. It made me sad. This park was so wonderful when I was a child in the 70s. If I could, I would fill 10 pages of how much it means to me. Just to say. It was a magical place with a history few today know. I would love for someone else to discover it.
